1. What method do we use to clean mattress?

The method we use for cleaning is hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning. We use recommended mattresss cleaning chemical solution sprayed on the mattress fibers.  Then, using steam cleaning machine it creates a powerful suction extracts deep-down stains, dirt, dust, dust mites, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture.

2. Is steam extraction cleaning safe for all types of mattresses?

Yes, steam extraction is a safe and eco-friendly method suitable for most mattress types, including latex, foam, and spring mattresses, as it uses minimal moisture and high heat to sanitize deeply.

3. How long does it take for the mattress to dry after cleaning?

Typically, it takes around 4 to 6 hours to dry completely, depending on room ventilation and humidity levels. We advice customers to turn the air-conditioning turned on during and after cleaning for faster drying.

4. Can all stains be removed from a mattress?

Most fresh stains can be treated effectively, but old or set-in stains may only lighten depending on the type and age of the discoloration. Stains such as blood, wine, coffee, ink will not be able to be removed 100%.

5. Is the chemical used for mattress cleaning safe on skin and children?
