Staff members are trained to remove all stains and dirt without damaging any surface and is supervised by a site supervisor who performs regular safety talks, inspections and quality control sign offs to ensure the highest standard outcomes. What our Move-in Cleaning Services Package and Move-out Cleaning Package include?

Move-in Cleaning Service – Bedrooms, Living Rooms and, all other areas. Vacuum and edge all carpets. Clean inside and outside closet and shelves, if any clean and dust window blinds and ledges dust and wipe down baseboards, dust and clean vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fans, clean knickknack areas. Spot clean all baseboards and doors. Wash and dry hard floor surfaces. Vacuum stairs and spot clean handrails if any. Spot clean walls, door frames and, light switch plates. Remove cobwebs. General dusting.

Move-in Cleaning Service – Bathrooms. Clean and sanitize shower and bathtubs. Clean and polish all glass doors and mirrors. Clean and sanitize toilets. Clean and sanitize counters thoroughly. Clean and dust window blinds and sills. Clean and sanitize tile wall and bathtubs. Dust and wipe down baseboard. Wash and sanitize floors. Shine and clean chrome fixtures. Clean inside and outside cabinets and drawers. Clean mirrors and medicine cabinets. Cobwebs removed. General dusting.

Move-in Cleaning Service – Kitchen Clean interior and exterior of range hood, oven and, dishwasher. Clean interior and exterior of fridge and oven. Top and front of stove cleaned. Sinks cleaned and disinfected, chrome shined. Clean and disinfect countertops and backsplash. Clean and dust window blinds. Clean inside and outside cabinets and drawers. Wash and sanitize floors, Clean knickknack areas. Dust and wipe down baseboard. Hands wipe door frames and walls. Remove cobwebs. General dusting


  1. Package A – 8 hours – 3 male workers, 1 Supervisor (Suitable for above 1400 sft properties, post reno) – RM1,200
  2. Package B – 4 hours – 3 male workers, 1 Supervisor (Suitable for below 900 sft properties, post reno, move-in) – RM600

We provide Cleaning equipments, machines (wet & dry, scrubbing machine, vacuum machine), garbage bags & high quality safe cleaning chemicals are provided.

We provide hard working male workers and Supervisor to monitor at job site.


a. Customer selects packages based on hours required to do cleaning. Larger residential & commercial units requires more cleaning hours and days.

b. Full payment required for job confirmation and scheduling.

c. Customer selects packages based on their requirements.

d. Customers must get approval from management and provide the documentation.

e. Last minute cancellation 24 hours notice will have penalty charges 20%

f. Additional hours rates at RM150 per hour

g. Sunday & Public Holiday rate surcharge RM200


  • Customer must attend, supervise and inform, guide or advice our supervisor on job site all requirements and special attention on method of cleaning on areas of cleaning, furniture or floors.
  • Floor cleaning using chemical and scrubbing machine does not remove chemical damage on the floor that is caused by contractors defect installation. Our service is only cleaning and removing stains that able to be removed safely with non-toxic chemicals. We are not responsible for any discoloration.
  • This price above is not include rubbish disposal. Rubbish disposal service is optional. – Lorry disposal service min. RM150
  • Our cleaning service is subjective to general condition of the place, some cleaning requires more hours. If the cleaning is not able to be completed according to clients package request, customer may add more time extension at RM150 per hour.
  • Customers responsibility to arrange in advance for work permit and working time allowance with building management or security.
  • We do not clean for fan, window, glass and ceiling above height ceiling above 10 ft.
  • We do not perform cleaning that is hazardous and unsafe environment without safety provisions. Customers must inform or request if such needs arises.
  • Additional rental charges for scaffolding, scissor lift, boom lift, skylift for high floor cleaning requirements. (request quote or customers can self arrange)
  • Any jobs that requires additional equipments or tools subject to rental rates.
